## 客製系統與 ERP
- 客製系統／ERP: 依需求評估後報價 (需求規格書，作為驗收標準、權限與流程設計、既有資料搬移)

## 網站
- 形象官網: NT$25,500 起 (首頁＋5 個內頁客製設計、響應式版面、基礎 SEO 設定、表單、GA4、後台可自行編輯，附線上教學、一年保固)
- 電商網站: NT$48,500 起 (WooCommerce，串接一種金流與一種物流、優惠券、免運、會員、批次列印出貨單、電子發票串接另計)

## 維護與整合
- 主機代管與維護: 每月 NT$500 起 (主機代管、每日備份、每月核心與外掛更新、資安監控)
- SEO 建置: NT$25,000 起
- LINE 整合: 客製另報價 (LINE 登入、聊天機器人、訂單通知、LINE Pay)

價格為新台幣起價、未稅。簽約付 50%，上線前付 50%。實際報價依需求評估。

## 退款政策
1. 簽約後、開工前取消：全額退還訂金。
2. 開工後取消：依已完成的工作比例計費，訂金多付的部分退還；已超過訂金的部分不另外請款。
3. 驗收上線後：尾款不退。
4. 主機代管與維護（月費）：依下方「訂閱取消與自動續約」處理。
5. 依客戶需求客製的服務（官網、電商、客製系統／ERP、自動化流程、SEO、LINE 整合）依法不適用七天解除權；取消時依第 1、2 條處理。
6. 退款以原付款方式退回，確認後 7 個工作天內完成。
7. 退款申請：來信至客服 Email 或使用聯絡頁。

## 訂閱取消與自動續約
1. 適用主機代管與維護。按月計費，每月自動續約，沒有最低合約期。
2. 每次扣款前 7 天以 Email 通知金額與扣款日。
3. 可隨時來信或經聯絡頁取消；在下次扣款日前提出，就不再續約。
4. 已扣款的當月費用不退，服務維持到該月底。
5. 取消後 30 天內可索取網站備份，之後主機資料刪除。
6. 價格調整會提前 30 天通知，不同意可在生效前取消。

## 試用
1. 本店服務沒有免費試用期。
2. 依需求客製的服務不適用七天解除權，取消方式見退款政策第 5 條。

## 優惠
1. 本頁價格是新台幣起價、未稅。
2. 報價單沒有另行寫明折扣時，以報價單金額為準。
3. 優惠若有期限或名額，會寫在該次報價或本頁；逾期或額滿即結束。

## 第三方付款
1. 線上收款由綠界科技股份有限公司處理。
2. 可使用的付款方式以付款頁顯示的為準。本店不保存信用卡號或卡片安全碼。
3. 退款沿用退款政策第 6 條，退回原付款方式。

## 政策變更
1. 本頁條款調整時會更新本頁。
2. 已經簽約的案子，依簽約當時的報價與條款。
3. 主機代管與維護的價格調整，依「訂閱取消與自動續約」提前 30 天通知。

- LINE integration: Quoted per project (LINE Login, Chatbot, Order notifications, LINE Pay)

Prices are in New Taiwan dollars, starting prices, before tax. 50% on signing, 50% before launch. The final quote follows a review of your requirements.

## Refund policy
1. Cancelled after signing but before work starts: the deposit is refunded in full.
2. Cancelled after work starts: you pay for the share of work done; any part of the deposit above that is refunded, and nothing beyond the deposit is charged.
3. After acceptance and launch: the final payment is not refundable.
4. Hosting & maintenance (monthly): see "Subscription cancellation and auto-renewal" below.
5. Services built to your requirements (websites, online shops, custom systems/ERP, automation, SEO, LINE integration) are exempt from the 7-day cancellation right; cancellations follow items 1 and 2.
6. Refunds go back through the original payment method within 7 business days of confirmation.
7. To ask for a refund, write to the customer service email or use the contact page.

## Subscription cancellation and auto-renewal
1. Applies to hosting & maintenance. Billed monthly and renewed automatically each month, with no minimum term.
2. We email you the amount and the charge date 7 days before every charge.
3. Cancel any time by email or through the contact page; cancel before the next charge date and it will not renew.
4. A month already charged is not refunded, and the service runs until the end of that month.
5. For 30 days after cancelling you can ask for a backup of your site; after that the hosting data is deleted.
6. Price changes are announced 30 days ahead; if you do not agree, you can cancel before they take effect.

## Trial
1. This store does not offer a free trial.
2. Services built to your requirements are exempt from the 7-day cancellation right. Cancellations follow item 5 of the refund policy.

## Promotions
1. Prices on this page are in New Taiwan dollars, starting prices, before tax.
2. When a quote does not state a separate discount, the amount on the quote applies.
3. A promotion with a deadline or a limited number of places is written on that quote or on this page. It ends when the deadline passes or the places are filled.

## Third-party payment
1. Online payments are processed by Green World FinTech Service Co., Ltd.
2. Available payment methods are those shown on the payment page. This store does not store card numbers or card security codes.
3. Refunds follow item 6 of the refund policy and go back through the original payment method.

## Policy changes
1. Changes to these terms are posted on this page.
2. Work already under contract follows the quote and terms in effect when it was signed.
3. Price changes for hosting and maintenance are announced 30 days ahead, as stated under "Subscription cancellation and auto-renewal".
